Hello there,

This project is a replica of one I did for a bar a while back. The pub debuted roughly six months before i was contacted, and since its previous opening, the turnout has decreased. The manager, a friend of a friend, contacted me to discuss ways to enhance the pub’s business operations in order to increase customer acquisition and retention. The six-month project that required identifying potential business challenges, using survey questions to ask clients the proper focused questions, collecting and processing the data, analysing the data, and then interpreting it to provide insights and business recommendation.

Contributions to the Project.

1. Review of the business processes and activities of the pub.
2. Created tailored survey questions in accordance with the project’s scope.
3. Advised on the best methods for getting in touch with the target audience and enlisting their participation in the survey.
4. Collected, cleaned, analysed and interpreted results using Power BI.
5. Monitored and Controlled project activities with other team members.
6. Provided and presented a summary dashboard report of my findings to Stakeholders.
7. Based on my data analytics findings, give advice on future business strategy.
8. Generated a project report and closed the project.
